We are leaving from Turku the 19th of June. The idea is to cycle from Turku to the Åland Islands all together and then we can decide what to do once we arrive in the camping area. Some people can come back after the weekend to the civilization, some other can continue the adveture exploring more islands ;)

We are trying to provide the possibility for everybody to rent a bicycle directly in Turku so you can come there by car/train/boat and start cicyling with us from Turku. This is going to cost something to you and we are working to make this cost be as cheap as possibile. But of course you can bring your own bike.

• we are planning to cycle everyday a human amount of kms, so you don't need to be pro, just to bike without complaining too much :D
• we will sleep in tent or in cabin if can find them on the way
• we will find shops food on our route, so we don't need to buy a lot of food in the beginning...
• ...and we will cook the food outdoor, trying to do it together but be prepare to survive on your own
• we will have daylight 24hours a day, so we can bike even during the night cause there won't be any night. The sun could be shining the all time (if the weather will be good)

There is no participation fee. However, the following things will cost
some money:

* bicycle rental (if you don't bring your own bike)
* camping grounds
* ferries (possibly, depending on the route - some ferries are free)
* food and drinks

More detailed information about prices will be added later.

• Turku touring is renting bikes:  they have about 20-25 bikes (one bike is 15€ per day/ 75€ per week) plus if somebody needs bags to side of bike it's 2€ per day
• We contacted one other company and they have also lot of bikes and it's a bit cheaper than Turku touring. 10€ per day and one week 50€, including helmets and bags side of bike. If we are renting lot of bikes maybe we'll get discount.
